it takes between 1 to 4 working days to process a payment

auction wind does not prohibit any country for using the service hence this is an online management every country on the drop-down list can use the service
how to create or list an item details and meaning
1. IMAGE this is the first and default image that users sees first while going through your product
2. CATEGORY categories is the steps that you choose which describes your item so that the users can easily search and locate your item
3. ESTIMATED RETAIL PRICE estimated retail price is the price that the buyers can retail or resale your product after buying them
4. SELL ON LIVE AUCTION when you choose YES this means you are listing your item on the real live auction but is you choose NO this mean you are selling your items on the scheduled normal auction.
5. START AT and EXPIRED AT this is the date you want your item to start and end at is when you want your items to end
6. LOCATION location is where the item is located at the time of the auction
7. TYPE OF SELL. there are two types of sell (i) LAST BIDDER the last bidder means you will accept whatever the last bidders bidded on your product e,g you can not reject a last bidder even if the price does not meet your expectation, for you to avoid misunderstanding you need to choose the next option which is on merchant approval. (ii) ON MERCHANT APPROVAL this mean at the end of the bid, you have the choice of either reject or accept the price of the last bidder
7. ITEM CONDITION used and new (i) NEW is when your item is brand new and has never been used (ii) USED is when your item is used and the condition is not a brand new
8. COLOR. color is the item color at the time of the auction
9.DAMAGE. damage is the condition of the item at te time of the auction, when you select yes it means that the item is damaged and will need more damage detail but if the selection is NO this means that the item is in a good condition
10. AUTHENTIC. authentic mean the originality of the item, Original mean the items is authentic from the manufacturer, while replica means the item is imitation and is the sellers responsibility to declare this to avoid there delivery being rejected by the buyer.
11.WORLDWIDE SHIPMENT. when you select NO this mean that the seller wont be able to ship the items oversea, LOCAL SHIPMENT ONLY, this means the seller will only ship there item within the country of there resident, LOCAL PICKUP ONLY, this means that the seller wont be able to ship the item at this point the seller only accepts local pickup WARNING auction wind wont be responsible on this we do not recommend this option but however is up to the buyers, this decision is at the buyers and the sellers risk

what are the charges by auction wind both the seller and the buyer?
the seller fees after selling is 5%, there is no additional fees that applied
the buyers fees is 5%, there is no additional fees that is applied.

what is live auction?
live auction is a real live auction where sellers makes there selling decision every 2 minuts to the buyers by using the real live auction you can sell your items quicker by watching the auction as bidders bids on the product
what is user or buyer?
user or buyer are the those you bid on the products that the sellers listed on the auction wind
which payment methods does auction wind accepting?
we have 3 payment gateways which are PayPal, Perfect Money, and Bank Transfer
what currencies are available on auction wind?
there are 3 currencies available at the moment which are euro, pounds and us dollar
how do i accept or reject bidders price on the live auction?
for you to monitor your items while is on live and able to accept or reject the bidders price
1. log into your merchant account
2. click on the logo icon of the auction wind it will take you back to the user homepage
3. click on the live auction with a red highlight and green blinking dot then it will take you to the live auction page where you will see your product.
4. wait for your items to come up and you can see the live bidding and the number of participants
5. wait for the last bonus time then you can see the reject and accept button and choose either reject or accept.
if you miss to click the accept or reject button, you can go straight to your merchant account and click on make a winner, then you can see the same accept or reject button and then make your decision.
what is auction?
the auction page is the scheduled auctions were the seller list there product and set there product expiring date, as soon as the product express, the seller makes a decision base on the last bidder weather they want to accept or reject the price, this service is fully free to list but 5% processing fees will apply after selling.
can i list and sell my product for free?
yes you can list and sell your product for free on normal auction but if you choose to list your product on a real live auction, there is an anual fee of $15 per year
